ABOUT US

Furry Friends (Collingwood) is an animal rescue organization made up of dedicated, hardworking volunteers who serve the Georgian Triangle, which includes Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Stayner, Creemore, Blue Mountains and Meaford. It fills a huge gap in animal rescue work in this area because it is the only animal rescue group that actually goes out to rescue injured and sick animals, including wildlife.
Furry Friends (Collingwood) does not have a shelter and must use foster homes for rescued animals, until they are adopted into their loving forever homes. To raise much needed funds for the care of these animals, a weekend store called the Bizarre BAZAAR was opened at Diane's Garden on Hwy 124, opposite the bowling alley. The store is open from May to December, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 10am to 5pm. Donations of good saleable items are always gratefully accepted.
